Terms of Service
Last updated 17 July 2026
Plain-language terms for using Batchcraft. Not legal advice — have a lawyer review these before treating them as binding in your jurisdiction.
The service
Batchcraft connects your brand's real assets and generates paid-social ad creatives (statics) and motion reels from them, metered by credits. We reserve the right to change features, pricing, and credit costs going forward — the current numbers always live at /pricing.
Credits & billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal, your current period stays active until it ends.
- Credits granted by a subscription do not roll over or carry a cash value, and monthly grants expire at renewal.
- Top-up credit packs (purchased separately) do not expire and are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law.
- If a generation job fails outright (e.g. a render error), you are not charged for it — failed jobs are refunded automatically.
- Payment is processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's own terms for the payment method you use.
Ownership of what you generate
You own the ad creatives and reels Batchcraft generates for your brand, provided you had the rights to the assets (logos, photos, copy) you uploaded or connected in the first place. You're responsible for making sure you actually hold those rights.
Acceptable use
Batchcraft's own generation engine already refuses to invent statistics, fake testimonials, or impersonate people or brands you don't own — the same standard applies to you: don't use the service to generate ads for a brand you don't represent, to impersonate another business, or for anything illegal or deceptive. We can suspend accounts that do.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as-is. We work hard on brand-safety and quality checks, but we don't guarantee generated creatives are error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service, to the maximum extent the law allows.
Termination
You can stop using Batchcraft and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
